8. In case of FOB shipment and shipping agent is nominated by customer, then we will take care goods up to port and will proceed with bank doc's and will update client about courier details.
9. If it is CNF and shipping agent is not fixed, then we can take care necessary steps with shipping line also. We will take care all matters to fix up shipping carrier and will inform customer before we proceed. In that case client can easily save money without appointing any shipping agent here.

10. We take care bank documents issue with supplier also, so that it reach on time with client and can dispatch goods accordingly.

11. We follow up L/C issue, so that supplier gets it on time and no problem with shipment or raw materials procurement.

12. We have full set up for all type of communication, phone, fax, Internet. So, that information service will not get disturbed.
